Moulsham Junior School is a large 5 form entry Junior School with a passion for inclusion. We are looking to appoint a motivated individual with a positive attitude to all aspects of the job to join our team. Someone who is enthusiastic, professional and dedicated who has:
- The desire to improve themselves in terms of skills, knowledge and experience
- A passionate for high quality teaching and learning which is inclusive
- Experience of working with a wide variety of educational needs
- An understanding of the leadership around pupils with SEND
- An ability to analyse data and track pupil progress in a variety of ways
- Patience, a sense of humour and an ability to seek constructive feedback
We can offer you support from highly experienced senior leaders who strive to make a difference for all children. The successful candidate will be part of the Senior Leadership Team and integral to the future of MJS as we move forward to becoming the largest primary provision in Essex by 2018
