ICT Customer Services Technician - Fixed Term
£14,880 per annum 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
We are looking to appoint an ICT Customer Services Technician to provide front line support to the AET Education Centre, New Rickstones Academy and Maltings Academy (all based in Witham). By working as part of the ICT Support Team, you will provide front line support for students and staff ensuring that all ICT systems are fully functioning at all times. The successful candidate will hold GCSE Maths and English Grade A-C and will have good experience with basic functions of Microsoft Windows computer networks (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, Apple Macs, Google Apps for Education Administration).

New Rickstones Academy is a secondary school based in Witham. This is an exciting time to join New Rickstones Academy as we continue to expand. Over the last 8 years, student numbers have more than doubled, leading to oversubscription and the addition of a new building in September 2022 to accommodate the growing demand. We maintained our 'Good' OFSTED rating in 2023.
