Our Lady of Lourdes Primary School and Nursery

Required for September 2024, early start considered for the right candidate.

We are looking for a bright and motivated classroom teacher who is passionate about learning and enabling our children to succeed. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Our Lady of Lourdes Primary School and Nursery and our governors invite applications from early career or qualified teachers who can bring high expectations for all our learners.

We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers who can show their potential and drive to unlock learning for every child. Our Lady of Lourdes provides a caring and supportive work environment where specialist teachers enable our staff to develop in all areas of the curriculum.

We are also pleased to receive applications from more experienced teachers. Our children deserve excellence and excellent teaching is important to us. We are looking for a teacher who can drive improvement because of their previous leadership experience or their potential to do so.

We are pleased with the work we have done to improve our curriculum and we recognise the importance of this work going forward. We aim to inspire our learners and we hope that this role will enable our new teacher to help us reach our aims. We need our new teacher to have a positive attitude to change and the potential to bring innovative practice to help us all learn.

Our Lady of Lourdes is a friendly and well-respected school within our community. We have strong links with our feeder parishes of Our Lady of Lourdes and St Peter's.
