We are seeking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic and highly motivated Early Career Teacher to join our friendly and highly skilled team.

Being an ECT at our school, you will get an experienced mentor to support you throughout your ECT journey with training, development and support to develop your expertise as a teacher.

We are looking for someone who will:

  • Motivate and engage pupils through the delivery of inspirational lessons
  • Demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm for delivering quality teaching.
  • Have a calm approach and maintain a well ordered and purposeful learning environment, appropriate to the needs of all pupils
  • Believe in the importance of maintaining a positive partnership with parents
  • Support the Christian ethos of the school
  • Have a sense of humour and be a good team player
