Early Careers Teacher (ECT) - Full Time

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Class Teacher to join our dynamic team in September 2024. This role is specifically designed for individuals who are at the beginning of their teaching career and are looking to gain valuable experience in a supportive environment.
As a Teacher starting out in their career at Temple Sutton Primary School, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced educators, receive tailored professional development, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students. If you will be joining us as an ECT, we will provide:
- Weekly collaborative planning with your year group partner.
- Weekly ECT release time.
- Weekly mentor meetings with an experienced mentor.
- Access to a wide range of CPD opportunities.
- Support from experienced subject leaders in school and across the Trust.
