Level 3 Early Years Practitioner/Learning Support Assistant for Key Stage 1

Part time: Monday to Friday mornings; 16 hours per week; term time only

St Philomena's School is a happy, high achieving independent day school for boys and girls aged four to eleven years old. We have a very low staff turnover and pride ourselves on having outstanding staff who ensure our pupils are provided with the very best learning environment.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational Level 3 Early Years Practitioner/Learning Support Assistantwho demonstrates a genuine commitment to achieving the highest standards of education for our children and families. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner to join our dedicated and supportive team from September 2024.

The role is to work alongside experienced and qualified staff to assist in the delivery of engaging and innovative teaching, on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has an Early Years education qualification to at least NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) and has experience in supporting teaching and learning in the classroom.
