We have a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join Stanford-Le-Hope Primary School as an Early Careers Teacher. The school is a member of Osborne Co-operative Academy Trust. Our schools' ethos is based on the Co-operative values of self-help, self-responsibility, democracy, equality, equity and sharing a sense of collective responsibility for supporting each other.
As an Early Careers Teacher, the successful candidate would have achieved highly whilst training. They will be able to engage and motivate children in the classroom, use curriculum knowledge to teach and assess effectively, inspire trust and confidence in students and colleagues, collaborate with others and work successfully in a team and promote the learning priorities of the School Development Plan.

Standford-Le-Hope Primary School is a popular two-form entry Primary School, that recently got a Good Ofsted in November 22. The school is passionate about equality, diversity, tolerance and respect for all, and students carry out age-related activities in their classrooms today and continue to learn about these important messages and life skills. Pupils look after each other at Stanford-Le-Hope Primary School. They live the school's cooperative values in everything they do. Older pupils support younger pupils as 'peer mentors' and 'reading buddies'.

Standford-Le-Hope Primary School is located in the heart of Standford-Le-Hope, near the town centre, a short distance from the train station, which is on the C2C Line between Shoeburyness and Fenchurch Street Station. Parking is available on-site and there are good transport links by both rail and bus. Standford-Le-Hope Primary School is just over ten miles from the M25.
