Lecturer, Science, Fixed term, Southend Campus
We are seeking a dynamic lecturer within areas of Science provision with a drive and passion to teach to an outstanding standard, to join the team within the School of Sport, Public Services and Science. The post holder will ensure the needs of our learners come first and that every learner will be provided with opportunities to achieve their full potential within a safe, stimulating and supportive environment. You will be required to deliver high quality teaching and learning and you are expected to develop appropriate teaching techniques and materials which enable all learners to achieve their full potential and take account of educational initiatives. It is desirable but not essential that the successful candidate holds a teaching qualification and possess relevant experience, however if you do not have the relevant teaching qualification you will be expected to achieve these during your first 3 years of employment (If a permanent position) This post is fixed term from 5 April to 5 July 2024.
