One-to-one Learning Support Assistant
Term time plus 5 non-pupil days
Fixed Term in line with EHCP
32.5 hours per week (08:30 to 15:30 Monday to Friday)

The Flitch Green Academy is looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to support a pupil with complex needs. They are currently non-verbal and will require a personalised curriculum. You will need to be able to work effectively within a team and work alongside the Class teacher and SENCo to provide effective both academic and personal development guidance.
You will be required to provide regular speech and language therapy throughout the week, this will be under the guidance of a trained speech and language therapist. You will offer support at both break and lunchtime and for toileting/changing throughout the school day.
Training from outside professionals will be provided for the suitable candidate for the above requirements.
Closing date: MiddayFriday 3rd May 2024. Interviews to be held on a rolling basis, so early applications are essential.
