We are looking for a School Business Manager to join our lovely school in Colchester.
We are looking for an individual who is highly organised, enthusiastic and friendly. The role has responsibility for finance and accounting, office administration, site management, catering, HR/Payroll. The confidence in leading and managing teams within areas of responsibility is also essential.
The Business Manager will work closely with the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team and Governing Body to meet the educational needs of our school and communicate professionally with all members of our school community.
Knowledge of school based financial systems (RM/Arbour) is desirable however training will be available.
We are a friendly, welcoming school with a dedicated and supportive working culture. Our children are well behaved and eager to learn. Candidate visits to the school are warmly welcomed.
The job is to work within a 35 per hour week (46.6 working weeks) on salary scale 10 (points 34-37).
