Cherry Tree Primary School has an exciting opportunity for a School Business Manager to join the team.
The hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Thursday and until 3:30pm on Friday - 37 hours per week. (43 weeks per year including inset days and 4 weeks during the school holidays).
Salary: Scale 8, Point 25 (Range 25 -28) Actual Starting Salary £32,880 per annum (including paid annual leave which must be taken during school closure periods).
Start date: 3rd June 2024.

We are looking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic, hardworking School Business Manager to join our busy school. You will be responsible for finance, HR, site and catering and will need to be flexible in your approach.
The ideal candidate will have:
· experience of financial management, budgetary control and the ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
· experience of Human Resources
· ability to present information to School Leaders and Governors
· strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
· excellent people management skills
· knowledge and experience of health and safety
· relevant financial qualification or willingness to work towards one
· excellent literacy, numeracy and IT skills
· school experience is desirable
