We are looking to appoint two Receptionists to join our busy team of staff that are committed to supporting our college.The successful candidates will need to provide a friendly and efficient reception service for the college, acting as first point of contact for external visitors, parents and staff, ensuring all enquiries and queries are dealt with effectively and in a timely manner to facilitate the smooth running of the college.
The hours of work will be part-time 20 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, Monday to Friday. There are 2 shift patterns, 8.00 am to 12.00 pm or 12.00 pm to 4.00 pm.
The pay band for the role is Scale 3 Mid (Point 5 to 6), and the actual salary for the roles will be £10,622.13 to £10,799.77 (under 5 years continuous service) and £10,743.94 to £10,923.62 (over 5 years continuous service).
