We are a highly successful independent day school for girls aged 3-16 years and boys aged 3-4 years, a member of the Girls' Schools Association, the Independent Association of Prep Schools, the Independent School Association and the prestigious Round Square organisation.
The Assistant Head Pastoral and Well-Being is a key member of the Senior School's wider leadership team. They will be involved with the responsibility for the pastoral provision and promotion of pupil well-being within the Senior School. The individual will manage a team of Phase Leads, the SENCo, and the PSHE Lead within the Senior School and will work closely with all staff members. The individual will be expected to teach up to 40% of a full timetable within the Senior School.
