Keyholder with cleaning and light site management duties

Pay Scale: Scale 2, points 2-3 (£22,737 - £23,114 + £988 inner fringe pro rata)

Pro-rata salary £4,558 - £4,630 annual / £380 - £386 per month

8.5 Hours per week, 1.5 hours per day 4 days per week, 2.5 hours one day a week (days to be negotiated). Start time 7.00am 5 days per week.

Epping Primary School is looking for a part -time permanent Key Holder (with cleaning and light site management duties) to work five days per week, term time only, in our state of the art school. As a key holder for the premises, you will be expected to open the school, receive staff and attend to various cleaning and clearing duties associated with the upkeep of the site.

Candidates should be reliable, responsible individuals, possess good communication skills and be able to work independently. This post involves lone working and may involve additional hours for which overtime would be paid (please see the Job Description for details).
