Inclusion Liaison

30 hours per week (term time only)

Point 13-17 starting £18,562 rising to £19,973 depending on experience and skills (pro rata salary)

Our Inclusion Team are looking to appoint an outstanding candiate for the role of Inclusion Liaison Manager. The position will be working in our Inclusion Team which is made up of the school's SEND Team as well as the school's safeguarding team.

Northlands Primary School and Nursery wish to appoint a caring, dedicated, dynamic and empathetic person to join our Inclusion Team to work with families and children to make a real difference to young lives.

The successful candidate will be:

-Experienced in leading meetings such as TAFs, Attendance meetings (training is available)

- Experienced in SEND procedures and the One Planning Process

- Able to demonstrate a track record of supporting families in the wider community

- Enthusiastic, calm and motivated

- An excellent team player who is flexible where required.

- Excellent communication skills, including written

- GCSE's (or equivalent) in English and Maths (A*-C) (not essential)

- Able to build positive relationships with parents/carers and children to ensure the best outcomes for our pupils.
