EYFS Phase Lead

September 2024 start.

Lawford Mead Primary & Nursery School is seeking to appoint a passionate and ambitious Reception teacher with high expectations and a proven track record in driving change and raising standards in EYFS. Our Early Years Phase Lead will teach one of our two Reception classes and line manage the EYFS team (including our nursery) ensuring our children have the best start to their education and transition effectively into KS1. We are looking for someone:

· who shares and promotes our values of passion, integrity, respect, aspiration and resilience

· with excellent communication skills who can support, manage and motivate a team

· to contribute to embedding the school's chosen phonics scheme (ELS)

· to model the values of Trauma Perceptive Practice and help ensure every member of the school community feels valued and respected.
