TEACHING ASSISTANT REQUIRED ASAP
Scale 3, point 4 or 5 for the right person (from 1/4/23 Scale 3 point 5 or 6)
27.50 HOURS PER WEEK - MONDAY TO FRIDAY - would consider mornings only for right person

We are looking for a candidate who has experience with pupils who have additional needs and a passion for inclusion and whole class learning support.
We want to ensure all pupils can access the curriculum; that their needs are met, and all pupils make progress. The ideal candidate should have:
· EYFS and 1:1 experience (desirable)
· Be flexible and adaptable
· Have an understanding that behaviour is a communication
· Have experience with Zones of Regulations
· Have experience with pupils who have Autism and Social, Emotional, Mental Health issues (desirable)
· A-C GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
· Be calm and positive with a supportive approach
· Previous experience supporting pupils with special educational needs
· Be willing to take on professional advice
· Be a team player
