Position: HR and Finance Assistant

Scale 4 Pt. 6 to 7

5 days a week, 8.45am - 3pm 28.75 hours per week

Term time plus inset days i.e. 39 weeks per year

Pro-rated salary £13,745.18 to £14,011.71

Start Date: Immediate

Mountnessing C of E Primary School is looking for a committed, enthusiastic and hardworking HR and Finance assistant provide effective and efficient administrative support to the school.

The successful candidate will work with the Trust business manager and office assistant to strive to ensure the best outcomes for every child.

This post is an exciting opportunity for a new HR and Finance assistant to work within a committed and successful trust to achieve our strategic aims and priorities.

We are looking for an assistant who:

· Will put children at the heart of all they do

· Has a commitment to working collaboratively with staff to inspire, enable and empower them to achieve high standards

· Will develop positive relationships with our children and families.

· Ideally has experience of working in an HR and / or finance environment

· Has excellent written and spoken English and strong numeracy skills

· Is a positive role model, to lead and motivate others

· Good interpersonal skills

· The ability to prioritise work schedules, good time management and can work well under pressure

· Be flexible and resilient

· Have high expectations of yourself and others
