Permanent contract, 8:80-15:30, Monday-Friday, term time plus 5 inset days.
We are looking for a professional and experienced Learning Support Assistant. The role of Learning Support Assistant is a privileged one, working directly with individuals, small groups or whole-classes of children to guide their learning.

We are looking for someone who is:
· Experienced in working within a primary school
· Used to delivering interventions within the classroom to support Quality First teaching and personalised planning
· Passionate about all pupils achieving and ensuring they are getting the most of out what is being taught in the classroom
· Prepared to work in partnership with the class teacher, staff and professionals, taking direction while also using their own initiative
· Able to be firm, kind, patient, consistent, flexible and be approachable
· Confident in supporting children with diverse needs, including intimate care
