What we are looking for
The Construction Team are currently looking for a dynamic and driven staff member to take up the role of Learning Co-ordinator, working closely with the AAM to ensure the smooth running of all provision within the Team.
The ideal candidate will have a level 4 teaching Qualification and a proven track record with teaching, learning and assessing; Internal verification; learner mentor activities; Tutorials; good communication skills; a team player and lastly to be confident to share their expertise across all staff within the team. Knowledge of the Construction and Built Environment curriculum is essential up to and including level 3.
We are keen to hear from enthusiastic individuals who are innovative, focussed and passionate about quality and education. We are looking for an individual who has excellent organisation skills, self-motivation and resilience to work in this fast-paced environment, with excellent IT skills to support the development and integration of college systems and processes within the team.
