Wishes to appoint a
Trust Finance Assistant
Required: September/October 2022
Salary: Band B point 7 - 12
(£21,000 - £23,178 per annum)
37 hours per week
Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm, Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm (30-minute unpaid break)
52 weeks of the year
(25 days annual leave per annum plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days on completion of 5 years' continuous service)
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Finance Assistant to join our Central Trust Finance Team. The successful candidate would be a well organised and efficient, and keen to learn. All training will be given to the successful candidate.
The successful candidate will report to the Senior Finance Officer. The role will include:
- Processing all creditor invoices to purchase ledger for Trust schools
- Raising purchase order requisitions for Trust schools
- Liaising with finance links within our Trust schools
- Basic administration duties, including filing, scanning and photocopying
- Supporting the Senior Finance Officer with month end tasks and procedures
You will liaise with colleagues and work collaboratively with staff in our Trust schools.
