St Benedict's Catholic College has an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our busy college.
We are looking for a positive team player with exceptional administrative, organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines. The role will be to provide an efficient and effective service to the college by accurately maintaining personnel data in a secure and confidential manner. You will to support the Business Manager in leading HR at the college and will provide support to the recruitment process alongside managing payroll and general HR administration.
The hours of work will be part-time 25 hours per week, 41 weeks per year term time plus 5 staff training days and 2 weeks in the holidays.
The pay band for the role is Scale 6 (Point 12 to 17), and the actual salary for the role will be within the range: £13,659.50 to £13,864.25 (under 5 years service) and £15,081.07 to £15,307.13 (over 5 years service).
