Assistant Site Manager

Pay Range: Local Government Scale 6

£22,571 - £24,920 (Point 12-17)

Start Date: As soon as possible

The Role

We are seeking an outstanding individual to carry out a range of facilities duties including security and supervision of the site, cleaning and maintenance, porterage and to deputise for Site Manager when necessary.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

● Carry out preventive maintenance and first line repairs as instructed

● Ensure that all areas within the site are free from litter and that all drains and gullies are free-flowing and clean.

● Ensure alarm system is set each night.

· Experience of caretaking and/or buildings maintenance and security

· Is adaptable, receptive to new ideas and willing to adjust to new demands and circumstances
