Chelmsford College is seeking to appoint 2 Skills Development Provision Instructors who can work with young people in small groups, to support their vocational studies and develop their maths and English skills. This post i sfor 37 hours per week and for 36 weeks per annum.

A key part of the role will be to encourage and motivate young people to achieve and reach their full potential. Successful candidates will understand barriers to learning and be flexible in their approach to supporting learners of different levels and abilities.

Applicants should have sound IT skills and be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and MS Teams.

This post is for a Fixed Term until 30th June 2023.
