Title of Post: Medical/Administration Assistant
Start Dates: Immediate
Salary: Scale 1, Point 1, Actual Salary £13, 682 per annum
Hours: 32.5 hrs a week, Mon - Fri 08:15 - 15:15
Weeks: Term time only (including Inset Days)
Contract Type: Part time
Contract Term: Permanent

Role
A brilliant opportunity has arisen, and we are looking to appoint an able
individual to act as a Medical/Administration Assistant at Hylands School.
This role is a vital part of the admin team and providing medical support to
students and staff. First Aid at Work would be desirable, but training will
be given to the successful candidate.
The role requires an individual who is self-motivated, organised, pays
meticulous attention to detail, has energy, enthusiasm, able to keep calm
while working under pressure, the ability to prioritise and a flexible
working approach. They will be approachable, have sound people skills,
strong written and verbal communication together with a can do attitude
and administrative experience.
