TIMETABLER AND OPERATIONS MANAGER

REQUIRED SEPTEMBER 2022

Band 4 Point 24-28 or Band 5 Point 29-33 dependent on experience

(Actual salary £25,402 - £32,711)

37 Hours A Week x 40 Weeks A Year (Including 5 days in the summer holiday)

7am - 3.30pm Monday to Thursday, 7am -12.30pm Friday

If you have: experience of working in an educational setting or similar; excellent organisational skills and a high level of ICT expertise, this may be the role for you! The post involves the production implementation and maintenance of the whole school timetable using Edval software (training will be provided if necessary). In at least the medium term the successful candidate will also manage cover for absent teaching staff, both planned and unplanned. All of the logistics required to ensure the smooth day to day running of the school complete this role's remit.

This is a new, exciting post which will be crucial to the effective operation of the school. The successful candidate will report to the Deputy Headteacher (Quality Of Education).

This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check and is not suitable for anyone who has been barred from working in any way with children.
