Assistant Catering Manager
28 hours per week
Scale 4, Point 6 (Actual Salary £12,887)
Term time and 5 Inset Days
Required ASAP
The Trust would like to recruit an Assistant Catering Manager
The successful candidate will:
· Help to prepare high quality meals from fresh ingredients in large quantities, within budget and on time for service
· Cater for meetings and training functions on occasions
· Assist with administrative duties including ordering, stock taking and returns
· Assist with the management of three catering staff
· Be flexible, adaptable and have a good sense of humour
