An opportunity has arisen to join our Post 16 team as a Post 16 Mentor. In this role you would be responsible for engaging with the students to ensure their study time is used to full effect, hold academic mentoring meetings with key marginal students to affect improved outcomes. Act as a personal mentor to some students, taking responsibility for a post 16 tutor group amongst other duties.
You would have experience of engaging with young people, experience of sustained contact with individuals or groups in a mentoring/wellbeing capacity. Can demonstrate impact from your previous employment/roles
