We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to become a Cover Supervisorat The Basildon Academies.
Band 4 FTE £24,611.Actual starting salary £20,919 (37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year)
If you are a graduate and considering a career in teaching, a Cover Supervisor position could be the ideal way to gain classroom experience and decide if education is right for you. We have a commitment to ensuring the right candidates are supported and funded into a teacher training programme. We have an exceptional record in ensuring our trainee teachers find a teaching post with us on completion of their training.
We are looking for colleagues who share the drive and passion necessary to ensure every student achieves their potential.
The Successful candidate will cover lessons for absent colleagues, ensuring student progress, and will need to demonstrate the same level of professionalism and dedication as teaching staff in order to succeed in this role.
