Salary: Scale 4 points 6-7 (£20,043- £20,444 per annum)
Location: John Ray Junior School, CM7 1HL (main base) with 2 x 3 hours at Shalford Primary School, CM7 5EZ
Contract type: 37 hours, 52 weeks
Hours: Negotiable and may involve split shift arrangement

Our children need a proactive and cheerful assistant premises manager who they know will take pride in our school andhelp to keep them safe by looking after our school and grounds. The assistant premises manager will be supported in their role by our Lead Premises Manager.
We are looking for someone who:
• is a team player with a "hands on & can do" approach
• is committed, enthusiastic, flexible and shows initiative
• possesses building maintenance, DIY and caretaking skills
• takes pride in their work and appreciates the importance of maintaining a safe and attractive learning environment for children
• has good communication and numeracy skills

Information about the School
Our school is a four-form entry junior school catering for children from 7-11. We work in close partnership with our neighbouring infant school as well as other local primary schools.
