Member of SEND Support Team - 1 Year Fixed Contract with possible permanent position as of September 2023

27.5 hours per week - 8:45 - 3:45

We are looking to appoint a positive and highly motivated person to become part of the school's SEND Support Team. This role plays a vital role in ensuring that some of the most vulnerable children within the school are provided with the support they require to access the school's ambitious and broad curriculum. Successful candidates will be joining a team of experienced staff who work collaboratively together. In our most recent inspection (February 2020) Ofsted stated: This school is well led. Staff are fully supportive of the leadership team. They also said that leaders do all they can to ensure the school has a motivated, respected and effective team.

Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. We ensure through high quality training and development; all staff gain a deep understanding of the expectations of the Keeping Children Safe in Education guidance 2021. All applicants for this post must be willing to undergo child protection screening, including reference checks with previous employers and a DBS check with the Disclosure & Barring Service.
