Berlesduna Trust has an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join the team in September 2022, either full time or term time (plus 2 weeks).
Scale 12, Point Range 43-48, Full Time Salary £48,302 - £54,881 (Term Time Salary £43,725 - £49,681)

Berlesduna Academy Trust is based in Basildon and currently comprises of eight primary schools as well as a Teacher Training Partnership and Autism Hub. The Trust is looking to expand and is a vibrant, exciting and dynamic place to learn and work. Our ethos is very much about devolved leadership and all of our schools run independently supported by our small central team.
The Trust is seeking to appoint a HR Business Partner to provide HR support to our Headteachers and Senior Leaders as well as getting involved with the daily life of our schools. There will also be an opportunity to provide strategic HR leadership to the CEO and the Trustees. This is a unique opportunity to encompass and develop HR strategy within the Trust as well as dealing with live HR issues as they occur.
The successful candidate will have the following:
· Demonstrable experience of HR matters in an education environment
· Outstanding knowledge of pay and conditions for all school based staff
· High level of experience in senior appointments including Headteachers and other school based leaders
· Be solution focussed whilst maintain a flexible approach and a can do, will do attitude.
