Full time 37 Hours per week 52 weeks per year
Hours: 5.30 am to 2.00pm or 10.30 am to 7.00pm shifts (with flexibility)
Salary: £19,328 per annum

We are looking to appoint an Assistant Caretaker - Repairs and Maintenance Support to join our busy Premises team, taking up post 1st September 2022.

We require someone who is energetic, enthusiastic, reliable and dependable with an adaptable attitude to his or her work. The successful candidate will be organised, flexible, able to work alone as well as within a team and able to perform repairs and maintenance tasks including painting, decorating (including plastering), basic plumbing, glazing and joinery work.
