Support Officer - Marketing and Data

Salary: Essex Scale 6 Point 12 - 17

(£20,216.29 - £22,320.23 per annum plus £570.54 fringe per annum)

37 hours per week

Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm, Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm (30-minute unpaid break)

41 weeks of the year - term time, inset days plus 2 additional weeks

Start Date: September 2022

Brentwood County High School are looking for a highly motivated Support Officer - Marketing and Data to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the marketing of Brentwood County High School via various social media platforms, the school website and press releases.

You will:

  • provide administrative support and assist with key school events, such as open day, school coffee mornings and school tours for all new students through primary liaison
  • support the Data Manager with the administration and input of whole school data
  • support the Senior Leadership Team by providing pupil data-based reports as required
  • be responsible for the administration for all school trips and visits in liaison with the EVC
  • be responsible for the school mini-bus diary and all administration relating to maintenance, servicing and repairs of the minibuses.
