Southend East Community Academy Trust (SECAT) and Thorpedene Primary School are
seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to
join our support team. The successful applicant will be based across all Key Stages, and a
strong passion for SEMH/ SEN is required.
The successful applicant must be highly dependable, empathetic, and have a professional
outlook. There is a need to have excellent behaviour management abilities, to remain calm
in difficult situations, as well as to be diplomatic, relatable, personable, and compassionate.
