Wishes to appoint an
Administrative Support Assistant
Fixed term contract until 31st August 2022
Salary: Band A Point 1 - 6
(£11,638.65 - £12,846.72 per annum)
27 hours 30 minutes per week
Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 15:30pm with a 30 minute lunch break
37 weeks of the year - term time only
Start Date: ASAP
Osborne Co-operative Academy Trust wishes to appoint an Administrative Support Assistant to provide clerical support to the school under the supervision of the Support Officer at East Tilbury Primary School. As a Support Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of secretarial and administrative tasks.
Other duties include:
• Provide clerical support always ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• To answer and direct telephone enquiries and deal with any face to face enquiries
• Provide administrative support, e.g. photocopying, typing, filing, data input and data gathering
• To retrieve and update information on manual and computer based systems
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required
• Liaise with schools & staff to provide & gather information
