A dynamic, proactive and caring person required to support, mentor and work alongside students who need additional time to self-regulate, complete their work and reflect on their approach to learning. The successful candidate will work alongside a small group of students from 11-16 years old, monitoring and tracking their progress and help them successfully reintegrate into the main learning environment.
An appropriate candidate would have good English and literacy skills, good ICT skills and be able to communicate effectively with parents, staff and external services working to support the students to be successful.
Hours: 31 hours 15 minutes per week, Monday to Friday 08:45 - 15:30
Term time only + 3 training days
Salary: Scale 5 (8-11) Point 8 £15,316.03 per annum
Progression is based on an annual performance review
