Would you like the opportunity to develop your HR generalist career working in an extremely busy and fast paced HR team at Harlow College?

What we are looking for
We are currently looking for a HR Administrator to join our busy team. Some of your duties would include giving first line advice on HR queries; work with our HR Practitioner on the recruitment process ensuring all new starters checks are done within the correct timescales including referencing and DBS checks. You would ensure that all new starter inductions are scheduled and take place whilst booking probationary meetings and liaising with managers.
The ideal candidate will be punctual, confident, work very well under pressure against tight deadlines in a fast paced, ever changing environment. You should be confident in using digital HR systems where attention to detail is key, you will ensure accuracy and compliance in relation to all employee data. The key part of this role is administration, a HR background is not essential although would be helpful. If you are super organised and relish a challenge, this could be the role for you!
