Part time Behaviour Support Specialist for an Enhanced Provision known as Grow.

Working a total of 24 hours / 4 days per week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

A great opportunity has arisen for a Learning Support Assistant, with experience of managing challenging behaviour, to work with children with SEMH difficulties within a specialist provision based in a Chelmsford school.

Are you ready for an exciting new challenge based at Newlands Spring Primary and Nursery School (part of the Attain Academy Partnership) supporting children in the Mid-Essex area.

If you have the skills and previous experience, this role may be for you.

This post is offered on a fixed term, one-year basis in the first instance, to start September 2022

· GROW is an alternative education provision for a small number of pupils in KS1 and KS2 who are not learning or progressing in their current school because of barriers caused by emotional needs or social difficulties.

· GROW provides each child with a curriculum planned for their individual needs and as a Behaviour Specialist within Grow you would play a vital role in the success of the placement.
