As an Assistant Headteacher, you will be part of our Core Leadership Team. The leadership team is talented, hard-working, and extremely determined to raise outcomes for our students. We work together very closely to raise standards - and KHA is on an exciting upward trajectory of improvement.
We are seeking an Assistant Headteacher who is deeply committed to addressing educational disadvantage and has the highest of expectations for what pupils can achieve, regardless of their background or context. We are creating a school culture that prides itself on the highest of academic and pastoral standards - and need an aspiring senior leader who has the experience, drive, passion and determination to be a part of our success story.
