The Chelmsford Learning Partnership is looking to appoint a Deputy Director of Standards and School Improvement. This is an exciting new role for our trust and involves working with our Director of Standards and School Improvement supporting our schools in improving the quality of education and standards. There are 8 schools in our trust; 2 infant schools, 1 junior school, 2 primary schools, 2 secondary schools and an all through school. Our trust has been expanding since 2018 and this role reflects the need to further support our schools in delivering an outstanding education for all our pupils.

The Chelmsford Learning Partnership is a successful and established multi-academy trust based in Essex. Our vision for our schools is a simple one. We believe that, as a collective of schools, we are stronger together and that by working together we provide an outstanding education for every child in our family of schools. This role is pivotal in helping us achieve this.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our successful Multi Academy Trust. You will be working with a team of exceptional leaders in the trust; working together to deliver an outstanding education for all our pupils. This role also provides the successful candidate the opportunity to play a significant role in shaping the strategic direction of our trust aa senior member of the Trust Leadership Team.

This is an opportunity for current leaders or those colleagues looking to take their first step into leadership.

Information about the School

The Chelmsford Learning Partnership (CLP) is an emerging multi-academy trust based in Springfield, Chelmsford. The trust was formerly known as The Boswells Academy Trust but changed name in late 2017 to reflect the growth of the trust beyond one school. There are currently 8 schools across Essex in the CLP multi academy trust.

The schools in the CLP are: Barnes Farm Infant School, Barnes Farm Junior School, Lakelands Primary School, Perryfields Infant School, Roding Valley High School, The Beaulieu Park School, The Boswells School and The Tyrrells Primary School.
