Chelmsford College is looking to appoint an Industrial Work Placement Coordinator to coordinate activities and a small team to support academic areas across the college.

This post is part of an exciting development within the college in preparation for the roll out of the new T level qualifications which will be starting in September 2022.

The successful candidate will be based mainly on site, working across both campuses to support our full time students in securing appropriate industrial work placements with local employers whilst ensuring the placements adhere to contractual requirements.

This post will also require the successful candidate to have a proven track record of working with employers and young people in a similar field. The candidate must also have a full driving licence and own transport as employer work place visits form part of the role.

The College is committed to equality and diversity and to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. We expect all staff to share these commitments. Starting salary will be dependent on qualifications, skills and experience.

This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
