This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative leader with strong curriculum understanding to join us as Head of Religious Studies.
The successful applicant will be supported by the SLT Line Manager and Lead Practitioner in Humanities. You will provide strategic leadership to your team, with a clear focus on continuing to drive improvements in teaching, curriculum design and students' progress across the department. As such this role will prepare candidates for onward progression to senior leadership positions.
Reporting directly to the SLT Line Manager, you will have a varied, dynamic and strategic role. As Head of Religious Studies, you will be expected to lead the provision of Citizenship for the Year 10 cohort.
