Tendring Technology College (TTC) is a large, successful 11-19 mixed comprehensive academy. We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our academy starting in September 2022. The successful candidate will work under the direct instruction of teaching staff, usually in the classroom with the teacher but also within other settings, to support access to learning for students and provide general support to the teacher in the management of students and the classroom. You will also be expected to support students with a range of special needs from profound to moderate learning difficulties - depending upon the student needs
