Head of Creative Arts - September 2022
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, innovative leader with strong curriculum understanding to join us as Head of Creative Arts. You will provide strategic leadership to your subject leaders, as well as taking responsibility for one of the subject areas within the Faculty. You will have a clear focus on continuing to drive improvements in teaching, curriculum design and progress across the Faculty, as well as coordinating and developing a high-quality extra-curricular and enrichment programme. The suitable candidate should have a specialism in teaching Art.
Reporting to a Deputy/Assistant Headteacher, you will have a varied, dynamic and strategic role. It will be excellent preparation for candidates keen to enter senior leadership positions. The successful candidate will benefit from the support of an experienced, innovative and ambitious senior leadership team.
