Actual Salary: £24,399 - £26,748 (including fringe allowance)
Paid: 24 days Annual Leave plus 8 Bank Holidays
Hours: 37 hours per week
St John's CE Primary School is looking to appoint a permanent hard working, skilled, dependable and self-motivated premises manager to join our school and Trust from September 2022.
You will assist in ensuring the effective management, organisation and supervision of all matters relating to the school's premises including maintenance, security, lettings and cleaning and management of contracts. Please see the job description and person specification for further details.
The successful candidate will take pride in ensuring the school is clean, tidy and a safe environment. You will need to be competent at DIY tasks and be able to work both on your own initiative as well as under the guidance/instruction of others.
St John's C of E Primary School is part of the Epping Forest Schools Partnership Trust and is located next to Epping Forest, within walking distance of shops and the London Underground.
