SC10 points 34 - 37 (£38,553 - £41,591)
SC11 points 38 - 42 (£42,614 - £46,662)

We are looking to appoint pro-active HR Director to join our busy but friendly team to develop and implement effective HR strategies and services to meet the needs of the Bridge Academy Trust.
You will have:
· Proven experience in HR with excellent problem-solving capabilities
· A hands-on approach with a can-do work style
· A commitment to delivering an exceptional HR service across the Trust
· The ability to find creative solutions and lead the HR Team to success
· Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence and attention to detail
· Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
· Strong communication skills
