Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring Design and Technology teacher who will promote the achievement and wellbeing of our pupils who have severe, moderate and complex needs. Ofsted has graded us a Good School with outstanding EYFS and Safeguarding provision.
You will need:
To be able to teach Design and Technology across the school
The ability to create a clear vision for the classes you teach
The skills to develop the pupils to their full potential
To have a strong track record of outstanding teaching
To be able to assess pupil's knowledge and understanding, scaffolding their next steps accurately
To have high expectations of all pupils and experience of raising achievement
Understand the complexities of SEN pupils
