They enjoy working collaboratively on a range of exciting projects and to meet the individual needs of all children, ensuring all reach their full potential. They understand that children's outward behaviour is due to an underlying need and strive to meet these needs, underpinning behaviour approaches on positive relationships and mutual respect. The children's behaviour for learning has been regularly praised.
