We are seeking an inspirational and committed Curriculum Area Manager to lead the Engineering and Electrical Installation provision within the College. As Curriculum Area Manager you will lead from the front - teaching either Engineering or Electrical Installation, together with managing an academic team in the successful delivery of full and part time curriculum. This will include supporting the growth and development of apprenticeships, HNC's and commercial provision across the sector.
You will be a qualified and experienced teacher of Engineering or Electrical Installation, and also possess the enthusiasm and innovation to engage with and motivate learners to succeed. You will provide leadership and direction based on in depth knowledge and substantial experience of at least one of these sectors that will enable our learners to be inspired future leaders within their field.
